Valentine's Day Deviled Eggs



These Valentine's Day deviled eggs are a delightful and festive appetizer that's perfect for celebrating the occasion. They're made with creamy egg yolks mixed with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and vinegar, then piped back into halved egg whites. Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: paprika, chives, or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise

Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl

Set the egg whites aside

Mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth

Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks

Mix until well combined and creamy

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves

If desired, garnish each deviled egg with a sprinkle of paprika, chopped chives, or parsley

Refrigerate the deviled eggs until ready to serve
