French Onion Beef Sliders For A Crowd



These French Onion Beef Sliders are perfect for feeding a crowd! They are packed with savory beef, caramelized onions, and gooey Gruyere cheese, all nestled in soft slider buns. It's a delicious twist on the classic French onion soup flavors, conveniently served in slider form.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup caramelized onions
  • 24 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Spread the ground beef out in a big skillet over medium-low heat

Break it up as it cooks

Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, along with the French onion soup mix

Allow the liquid to reduce for 5 to 7 minutes

Put the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish after cutting them in half

Cover the bottom buns with caramelized onions

Then add the beef mixture and grated Gruyere cheese

Cover the cheese with the top halves of the buns

Melt some butter and brush it on top of the sliders

Place foil over the baking dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are hot all the way through

Enjoy while still warm!
