Vegan Neapolitan Gooey Brownies



Enjoy these rich, gooey, vegan Neapolitan brownies, which have layers of dark chocolate, creamy strawberries mixed with coconut milk, and a fudgy brownie base. Great for satisfying your sweet tooth without hurting animals!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk full-fat

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Prepare a square baking dish by greasing it

Put flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted vegan butter, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl

Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed

Add vegan chocolate chips and mix well

Spread out half of the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared

Strawberry chunks and coconut milk should be mixed together in a different bowl

Put the strawberry mix on top of the batter in the pan

Spread the rest of the brownie batter out evenly on top

After the oven is hot, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little gooey

Let it cool down before cutting it into squares
