Ingredients:
- 4 cod fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
For 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 400F 200C
Put the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl
Combine well
A paper towel can be used to dry the cod fillets
Coat both sides of each cod fillet evenly with the breadcrumb mixture by dipping them in it and pressing down hard
Stack the breaded cod fillets one on top of the other in the air fryer basket
If your basket is small, you might have to cook them one at a time
Spray the cod fillets with cooking spray just a little to help them get crispy
For 10 to 12 minutes, flip the cod fillets over halfway through the cooking time at 400F 200C until they are golden brown and crispy
The air-fried cod fillets should be taken out of the machine and left to rest for one minute before being served
Serve hot with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce to make it taste even better
