Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon
Rub minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper onto the salmon fillets
Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon
Spread cherry tomatoes and asparagus around the salmon on the baking sheet
